It's been raining all day.Supposed to rain tomorrow,too.Blah!Basically played video games,read&chatted most of the day.I think I'm getting cabin fever...On a lighter note,just had my 1st phone conversation with a VR friend.Very cool guy.Great end to an otherwise dreary day :)

hrmm. I kinda like the rain. But then I like being in the rain and not inside. heh. Although if it goes on for to long (like this winter when it was raining for almost 2 1/2 weeks) cabin fever sets in and start feeling kinda gloomy.



It'll let up soon and you can get out and enjoy the weather. ;)

3/20/10 Hmm...my day,so far?Woke up with a migraine,took meds,felt better.Hopped in the shower,had a couple cups of coffee,was mercilessy tortured by my daughter as she listened to a Hilary Duff cd(don't tell ME there's no hell!),went to the studio to meet with my bandmates to listen to another female vocalist audition(which should allow me to play drums more)...migraine came back...she couldn't sing.Cracked on the girl for half an hour with the guys(after she left,of course).During levity session,ceiling nearly collapsed.Went to Home Depot with the guys to get materials to patch the roof.Watched the guys patch the roof...fun,fun.Hope tonight's better!...Oh!I've been inducted into a coven!I'm one of The Infected!Thanks again,ARSENICbiohazard :)

Ok,I'm the 1st to admit I need to read "Internet for Idiots",but,come on!I've been trying to upload a photo of the drum kit @ the studio where my bandmates&I rehearse...Voila!Success!...problem?I re-sized it about 5 x's&it's a hell of a lot smaller than I intended!so,I ask...am I really THAT slow?!I know my amazing new friends on VR have offered help many times if I have any questions&I appreciate it more than they know,but I'm stubborn!I'll come crawling back,begging for help after everything else I've tried fails! *blush!*

are you using any kind of photo editing software, or editing in Photo bucket?



you can edit the size with those tools, or you can use the html image codes to resize the pics.

A couple of my new friends are curious to know more about me.Hope they're still my friends after this!Ok,here goes...I'm 42,divorced.I have 6 beautiful children: Schuyler-age 24,Mattia-age 20,Ian-age 17,Janelle-age 16,Xander-age 11&Kai-age 8.I also have a beautiful granddaughter,Jasiyah-age 2(my oldest son Sky's daughter.) I currently don't have access to a computer,which explains the slow progression of my pro.I've discovered VR is hell to deal with on a cell,but I'm already addicted!lol! I'm severely visually impaired.I have a condition called keratoconus,which is a disease of the corneas.I've had bilateral corneal transplants in the past,but they need to be done again.I'm photophobic(extreme sensitivity to light,not fear of)hence the need for having my eyes closed or wearing shades in most of the photos I've posted thus far&those to come in the near future.I can't see anything more than 3 ft in front of me.However,I can see objects within a few inches very well,probably better than most individuals with good vision.That's one of the few benefits to chatting on a cell for me.(Yes,I can see YOU!lol)I have a warped sense of humor,which I've decided must be hereditary.My kids are as warped as I am!My youngest son,Kai,has a seizure disorder.At the age of only 2 yrs old,he faked a seizure!When I freaked out,he began to crack up laughing!Imagine a 2 year old thinking scaring the hell out of you is hilarious!I gave him the nickname Shake,Rattle&Roll after that incidence.Some people think it's cruel,but he thinks it's hilarious!(As I said,they're all as twisted as their mom!)I'm drummer/lead&background vox in a cover band called Le'o Maroon."Le'o" is Swahili for 'today'.If you'd like to know more about the societies known as Maroon,google it when you have a minute.It makes for an interesting read:) I'm Black,Cherokee,Blackfeet,French,Irish&German.I'm also severely anemic.Thus the constant changes in my skin tone,for those who may be curious.That being said,I believe there is only one race-human.Don't believe me?How's this for an example-My mother worked as a radiologic technician(X-ray tech) for over 30 yrs.I hung around the hospital quite a bit in my teenage years.I had the occasion to be present when a few obviously racist patients(they'd state things like,"I don't want no nigger doctor!") were informed they required blood tranfusions or organ tranplantation.Would you like to know how many demanded the donor be causcasian?Not one!Seems having one's life or health @ stake is a great cure for racism!I say skin everyone&let the imbecilic racists try to figure out who's who!...in any case,as I've explained I'm limited to a cell phone for now&my thumbs hurt!(I once had the username ow-my-thumbs-hurt on another chat site.)But I digress.I'll try to get my daughter's computer repaired,or get to my friend's pc&improve my pro,eventually.If I haven't succeeded in boring you to death&you have any questions,ask away! :)

2nd day here.Ok,granted I'm not a 10.In my opinion,noone's perfect.But what gives with the down-rating by people whom with I've never chatted&know nothing about me?!That's just obnoxious,arrogant&pointless!Logic would suggest if you're going to down-rate someone,an individual who considers one's self intelligent would @ least have a VALID reason to do so!For some unfathomable reason,people who haven't said so much as "hello" are down-rating me?WTF?!Hmm...Maybe logic isn't high on the list of attributes here...ah,well.It matters not.But unlike the malcontents who've decided to sabotage me for some unfathomable reason,if I down rate anyone,I'll have a damned good reason to do so.

Hmmm...my 1st day here.Hoping everyone will be kind&remember they were onnce newbs,too!Getting mail I'm reluctant to answer,since I can only reply to 10,for now.I wonder if people think I'm ignoring them on purpose?Ah,well.Not much to be done about it @ this point.In any case,I think I've found my new home :)
