I love this time of the year. It is when I am the busiest. It's like a squirrel that is storing for the winter. I do so much canning this time of the year. It's something I really enjoy. I usually start canning in the summer. You know the usual goodies: tomatoes, green beans, jellies, corn ect. But when fall comes around I get to do my favorite, apple butter. It is just so yum. I will be canning a significant amount of pumpkin this year. I don't enjoy that, its a lot of work working a pumpkin but I have someone that wants 20 pints.

I haven't been around in a while. I see nothing has changed.
