What is it about popcorn that makes us look like we haven't ate in years?



I'm at a friends house and she buys a movie off the pay per view thing and there's like 6 of us..some on the couch and others on the floor in front of the couch..and we're all sharing this huge ass bowl of popcorn..bowl so big Gary Coleman could have in it..and we're all cramming popcorn into our mouths, picking the popcorn off the floor or couch as it falls and not once do our eyes leave the screen. Seriously what power does popcorn have over us -grabs a handful- that we suddenly forget how to eat or whatever.
