the moon is bright
what a sight the stars are tonight
all is quiet in the dark of the night
which is when the hunt is at its hieght
they prowl the woods,
watching and waiting
as their prey draws close
they pounce with the speed of light
they are made for this thime
they are best at their job
thier breed is speacil
they are seen as preditors but can also be prey
as thier eyes give them away
my dreams are full of screams
i no longer have a peaceful dream to see
this world is full of let downs
so realease the demon hounds
let themhunt and feed on the mortal heart
for it is weak and full of passionate heat
they will take revenge on those who banished them
taking pride in the heat of the hunt
the pounding of mortal blood rushing through their mortal veins as their realise
the hound will take wonderous plaesure in their soon to be pain!
From the entance of the moonlite cave,
the villagers could hear his tears of the one his enternal pain does crave.
Centuries have come and gone, shedding memories of a love that was torn,
long ago thier love was born, not out of lust but trust forsworn.
at nights he word swep the skies,
every creature hid from eiry anger behind those cries.
by the lake he would stand, as tears feel through his hand, forming puddles to rivers that formed in the sand.
my love my life, the one who stood by me as true as any wife.
i would give back immortal ending the grief and wash away past strife,
to hold you once more, see your smile at our door.
the breaze would hear him say,
each night as the moon rose full,
preyers heartfelt to a god he would try to sway.
give me back my lost desire the flame that shone pure and bright,
hear me know give me back my Starlight.
