Getting everything ready for my little girls birthday party in the morning. Gotta get to baking those cupcakes in a few minutes. I do love baking, just not sure about it with my hand still hurting. I'm excited about the party, but I think I will be glad when it's over as well. Taking a small vacation from my facebook selling. Still have the meet Sunday though, got a few items sold and a few to pick up. Found my mom this great Thomas Kinkade item. A little excited to pick that up. Now if I can just keep from telling her for a few months until her birthday. Oh well, hand is killing me, off the comp. Cupcake time I reckon.

I guess I am now officially a junker. Compared my injury with another junker today. He had actually almost the exact injury a few years ago, was doing the same thing. Darn those old, rusty barrels.







Had my EMG today, not nearly as bad as I was affraid it would be. The 8 shots to numb my hand last night were definitely much worse. Asked the ER doc and the nurse last night if my hand would be a problem with my EMG. Both said no, but the Dr and nurse that did the EMG could not do as much as they would have liked. Plus at one point will the Dr. had the needle in my muscle I had to grip his hand. That hurt my hand a bit.



Now just have to wait for EMG results, get ready for my daughters birthday and hope my hand heals quickly. Oh what a week. I'm sure next week has got to be better.

Doctors offices annoy me. I hate living in such a small town that we have to go somewhere else to have anything done. EMG was supposed to be today. On originally scheduling it they told me it was in town A, then left a appointment reminder saying Town B. This morning I call to cofirm and make sure which town to go to. They tell me Town B so I go there only to find out that it was supposed to be Town A. Here I wasted $30 in gas to get there and had to reschedule. ERR Folks just getting on my nerves today. So hopefully I will finally get the EMG over with Tuesday, fingers crossed they don't move the building somewhere else or something.



Sliced my finger with the scissors earlier. Someone decides to laugh hysterically. Eat horse shit you pecker.



Baby girl got her toothpaste and decided to put it all over her bedroom floor. Brings me the tube with no cap. My first reaction oh lord, what have you done. So I try to head for her room, she gets in front of her door and hangs on to the door way to block me. No mommy, look now I can slide, please don't clean it up. I did, she didn't like it.



Frog died in my aquarium last night, that's the last time I asked someone else would you feed the fish 2 night in a row. :(



Well at least now that the day is over with I can give a little chuckle and hope that tomorrow is better.

Busy day, cleaning house, trying get things sold, spending time with my little one.

Seems like I should be worn out and sleeping well but nope I just can't get to sleep.

EMG coming up, I'll admit I'm a bit nervous. Still I'm ready to get it over with.

Page refreshers and hitting F5....I can understand the problem with refreshers and how its not fair but if your pushing F5 then you are putting in time and work in my opinion. Anyways both are against the rules so don't get caught doing it.

We got bored the other night and chopped the top on my old Monte Carlo. It actually looks pretty damn good.

Frustrating week to say the least. So ready for it to be over with. Next week has just got to be better. I mean seriously how hard do you have to ride someone before you completely break them down? I have really had enough.

Will be trying to work on my portfolio the next few days. I have got to get some newer pictures up. Added a few tonight. Hopefully I will have time for more tomorrow. Big yard sale in a few hours. Go figure I would fall asleep at 10 and get up at 12. I can never go back to sleep when I do that. This is going to be a wonderful day.

Trying to fill out brithday party invites. I fill out 2 and my hand starts to crap and hurt so bad. This is just ridiculous. I really wish the doctors could fix me. Ugh, just plain frustrated.

YaY Sale later today in big ole RH. I hope I make lots of money. If I can just keep from spending much while I'm there, then I should be okay. I have around 30 commercial grade dry erase boards, so maybe I can get rid of some of those. They are taking up way to much room in my office. I wish IPOD's lasted for more than one wash in the laundry. That second time really got it and I kinda miss the little sucker. Replaced it with a Tablet, while I like my tablet, and I can't accidentally leave it in my pants pocket, it is a little bulkier and my daughter can't play on it as much. Those things just aren't made for tiny hands. Oh well..arm starting to hurt, I guess it's time to get off this PC.

Ouch my head really hurts. The last couple nights have been like this. Really sucks! :( I'm ready for a vacation, seriously in need of one.

So does anyone know is an EMG a painful test? Of course I tried to google it first, but the information seems to be pretty random. Some folks said extremely painful, some said not at all. I'm hoping for not at all, but then that led me to wonder if in fact not at all would be a bad thing, showing a postive test result of a problem.



At least we are getting somewhere I guess. 3 years after first having symptoms, being diagnosed with Bursitis, we are now venturing into the possiblity of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Personally I'm trying to learn about it from google, but I am pretty much in the dark. I have found that the first course of treatment is physical therapy. Well I am really hoping there is something between therapy and surgery. I have been to therapy off and on for 3 years now. This last time the therapist is the one that actually suggested TOS so this is what he tried to treat me for. He ended up releasing me saying there is no more he can do.



Mean while my nephew who has been sick for years now has a diagnoses. Poor thing, apparently it is a rare condition and he is now one of the only 7 people ever diagnosed with it. Doctors are diligently studying to figure out the best action for him. After a scan of his stomach the doctors found an odd abnormality.



It's a congenital abnormality right next to the pyloric sphincter which empties the stomach into the intestine. It looks like a little volcano. The doctor said it seems to be a partial duplication of the pyloric sphincter but it doesn't empty into the intestine. It's just a hole to nowhere. It seems to be surrounded by muscle like it's working counterpart and since they are close together, the two muscles might be pulling against each other and causing emptying issues.



The poor child has been vomitting for years and his parents have been trying their best to figure out what was causing it. They went through everything, allergies to certain foods, everything organic. In the mean time the poor child was getting more and more unhealthy. He was just wasting away. He is 8 and my 3 year old can wear him out in less than an hour. He will litterally say I have to sit down and rest.
