I don't even know what I was writing, I was just typing exactly what was going through my head. i didn't even think about it. Perhaps it's something that's been on my mind for a while now.



This is all I will ever need. A blank page to leave my mark on the world. Yet, to leave not even a mere scratch upon the surface barely dented by all others whom have wished to do the same. Everything on this earth is merely temporary, as am I, as are the trees, the grass, the thickets... The galaxies far beyond our comprehensive bounds. Immortality is simply an idea, perhaps, a wish...? A foolish theory at most. Nothing lives forever. It will die, and if not, there will always be a way to suddenly cut its existence. It will "cease to exist", as they repeatedly state. Quite frankly, it gets old. There must be other ways to display an idea through words, rather than reiterate what has already been said. Human life, compared to the universe, is a second that passes. Create a second in time that is unique against all the rest, and speak with unprecedented words. Be known. Allow nature to know you, in all your insignificance. Even if your voice goes unheard, you will hear yourself. There is nothing more important to your existence, other than you. You are the most important second that passes. You are the light that penetrates the gloom around you. If no one will listen to you, it does not matter. They are milliseconds, and you, with your own consciousness, are the greater fragment of time to you, and only you. Do not expect anything more from those around you. They will hear you, but they will not be listening. You are listening. Understanding. Envisioning a life for yourself where you are the only remnant that holds importance to this mass puzzle. This short second-you are already important to yourself. Now, become paramount, exceed in things-words, ideas, conclusions-far greater than any millisecond. This life is yours. You are not immortal. No one holds enough time to encompass everything. Do not dare take that mindset, or you will fail. Use this short second to do what you must to be unique. It is not everything or nothing. It's 'something'. Remember that, and you will conquer.
