When I know exactly what I want when baking, instructions! Ho!...My daughter told her mother she wanted a Crepe cake for her birthday. She hasn't asked for a single thing, so I decided I was gonna try my hand at them.

But...

I decided I needed to Mc-GUY-ver the crepes from scratch. I figured it was generally pancakes minus a few things. Well... Three gummy patties and too much sugar later...

Turns out crepe recipes might be a bit more delicate than that. 😂

So... I'll be rerolling my "cook it sight" skill tree and not dump-stating my Preparation. Christ.
