So recently I have been keeping a Diary of my new next door neighbour.. As to me he seems weird.. And is acting strange.. I have told no one of this.. And just documented stuff..


It is approximately 1:45 in the morning here on January 30th. I just awakened after a several hours sleep from the strong meds I have been taken, and given by my psychiatrist. I look out my window to see I have a new neighbour moving in opposite me... So I sit and watch for a bit as it is human nature and curiosity I guess.

But seems seems weird about this person.. He is alone and not much stuff has been moved on by him.. And why move in so late at night?

He is also dressed very smart.. To me something looks of.. And I have also noticed he has obsession with eating mints.. Yes that's right he eats a mint every 2 minutes.. Very strange.

He also keeps checking his watch a lot.
Is this normal behaviour?

It's now 4:27 in the morning.. Still watching my neighbour.. I have dubbed him the mint man.. After what I previously said..

He is still outside walking around.. The temperature is freezing out there.. I am becoming very curious what he is doing.. I decide upon going out to have a nose around..

I go outside quickly opening my door not to make a sound.. I hear him talking.. He has a posh English accent.. Londoner.. He is talking to someone about a job at now 4:55 in the morning.. He then goes to the garage.. Starts up his car.. And leaves it running... At this point I have decide to take it upon myself to follow him wherever he should go to see what he is up to..

Around 10 minutes pass just waiting.. I get in my car.. And just wait.. He finally pulls off... I follow him for around a good half hour always a big distance back from him.. We arrive at a posh looking housing estate... I drive up and park in a car park a few distance from him..

I see him pull out binoculars and look through them staring at a house with a light on.. I then see him on his mobile again.. To me this looks really strange..

He then gets out of his land rover discovery.. And starts walking toward the house he was looking at.. He walks towards the door... And then takes something out of his pocket.. And places something on the wall next to the door.. I could not make out what he placed there...

He then goes back in his land rover.. And looks back through the binoculars.. For a good 15 minutes.. There is then moment in the house with the light on he is looking at... Looks like a young woman.. He then gets back on his mobile phone while eaten a mint as always.. He looks at the house for another 20 minutes and drives off. It is now 9:48 in the morning and he drives back home.... And goes inside his house...

I decide later that day to approach him.. And see what he is like... But obviously don't mention I followed him or been watching him...

It is now 5:12 in the afternoon.. I approach the mint mans door very anxious and knock it.. It takes me at least 7 knocks till he answers.

He answers finally.. And opens the door... I explain to him I'm his neighbour.. He invites me in.. He says hello I'm Clive nice to meet you while you guessed it crunching on a mint.. I make small talk with him.. As I feel weird being around him... Like something is a miss.. He goes on to tell me he is a antiques dealer... But I'm not buying into that... He then asks if I want a drink and I decline... He gives off all had feelings to me...so I make up a excuse to leave and get out...

My thoughts are he is definitely up to something.. But what?

It's now 31st. It's 2:49 in the morning.. And the mint man is walking around outside again.. In the phone to someone.. And has his land rover running.. Like he is ready to go out.. So again I decide to follow...

We end up at the same place as yesterday.. He stays there looking at the same house goes good 3 hours... This is freaky...

It's now 7:26 in the morning.. Back home..

3 days pass with no activity from the mint man...no sound in his house... No lights on... No nothing...

It is now February 5.. 2:34.. And the mint man is back and back to his same routine..

Does anyone have any ideas what I should do? Is this normal behaviour? I don't know what to do...? It's very strange.

No it isn't normal at all.
Looking into someone house isn't pleasant atmosphere
