I hoped to come back here and find people were again creating really nice profiles but still I see things like 'get to know me' or 'ask and I will tell you. ' It is not the purpose of this place. It is one huge game. The purpose is to make nice profiles and they get rated. The rating is only important to the game. It is a social network with a game inside it. Play the game or your scores will be low but maybe you don't care or thought this was more like Facebook...

I feel sort of otherworldly when I come back here. I needed a wholesale break from this place. I'm afraid I haven't found that I have anything much in common with anyone in these Houses/Covens. I'm totally not Wiccan or interested in that topic in anyway. I am sort of a Deist and interested in Odinism and feel more at home around Pagans who are getting to where they don't want to be called that. I just don't like to be pinned down to any one thing.



I have so much anger since my son died that I have become sort of reactive about many things. I just can't spend hours on end rating people and reading a bunch of mostly silliness in my opinion but I don't condemn anyone for what they want to say. Mine is pretty dull and deuffy too from time to time. It is almost like talking to myself in a mirror.



I have been upset over that election in the US. I registered Republican to help someone get the executions in CA stopped. I just don't like to take the chance someone is executed that was actually innocent given the fact so many have been let out by DNA evidence. What if there is no DNA evidence in someone's case and they are innocent but no one will listen? I have decided I just don't want to take the chance but it didn't pass here.



I don't consider myself a Democrat either or an Independent. I just consider myself a moderate and can go any direction if I choose to. I learned a lot about all those involved and I learned a lot about how we elect people in the US. Frankly I wasn't so sure about anyone that was running. I can remember clear back to Eisenhower. People didn't go into such a tizzy over this and even school kids talking about it. We did our in school voting and we wore buttons for our favorites. No parents called with how dare you's or anything like that. It is just that now some teachers are doing and saying some really radical things that no one would have back then. Have we gone crazy? Don't recognize what is appropriate and not around children?



Then I have been pissed off about the petitions online for succession. They are NOT by any states. Random people decided to put up petitons and get signatures and some of them aren't even from their own states. Some of the states actually voted for the person who got elected and gave all their electoral votes. It almost has become a fad to do this...look cool. Hey I am being disobedient and some the same people who condemned Occupy. Yet Occupy went into the area hit by Sandy and were the most helpful of any group there. I don't see some of these people doing anything more than complaining. I guess if they get ignored they will go away because the Supreme Court established in 1869 Texas vs White that it was unconstitutional for any state to secede from the union. It is illegal and some if they keep it up and making threats they may get arrested for sedition but so many of them think what they are saying and doing to be cool. There is a small dividing line between free speech and threats. I find it all disgusting and have given up saying anything about it. I only have to wait four years and I can do that if I survive and they don't take all of my retirement away.
