For anyone that doesnt know who Brad Nowell was, im sorry but you have been missing out on Sublime, my generations the Beatles. Everyone loves sublime (for the most part). But heres the part that got me hooked, so to speak.



Bradley Nowell was found dead at age 26 from an obvious heroin overdose. The song "pool shark" is about him finally losing the war to it.



Now, I would just like to know if any other guitar players/and or singers out there had that nagging dream to be a Hendrix, or a Janis Joplin, or most importantly, brad. I still get shivers when i listen to music that grabs me.



I always wanted to die that way, on a beach somewhere, playing just one more one or two on my guitar, and then doing that final shot of smack and just...drifting away. well, im 27 now, 5 od's down and still kicking. btw...to any assholes who want to read this{dorian} Im clean now and have been for overa year.
