Gallery Glass has quickly become one of my new favorite painting mediums.



I recently had some stained glass pieces made for Khornesone and my parents.



I decided to see if I could duplicate those pieces in a faux stain glass way. So here are my results.





First I picked up some $1 frames from the Dollar Tree. Cleaned the glass after removing it from the frame, then decided the glass would do better in the frame to be painted.



Second I took a picture of the piece I wanted to duplicate and then resized it to fit what I wanted to do.

Then I used some Silver Redi Lead that is metallic on both sides, also a Gallery Glass product by Plaid, to mark off my "lead lines" and I loved it.







Next I selected the paint colors I wanted to use and applied them to the areas I wanted each color. I used a clear, goes on white until it dries, a yellow and a blue for writing.







Once I had everything the way I wanted it I let it dry. Put a couple of carpentry tacks in the top and placed some chain on those, for hanging purposes, and whala.. Finished.







I am very proud of myself. YEAH!!

For my birthday I was given a Green Monkey!



Here is pictures of said Green Monkey.





You start with 1 1/2 parts Malibue Tropical Banana Rum.





1/2 part Melon Liqueur.





1 1/2 parts fresh sour.





1 1/2 parts pineapple juice.





Serve over ice in a tall glass, garnish with a pineapple slice if you like.

3 hats ready, 4 and 5 started.
