I don’t know why but this week is so exhausting. I am just physically gone. Not sure if it’s the heat of outside (100-104F constantly) or just work draining me… I’m so unmotivated. I’m tired. I’m so so sleepy.

Same here. Even my cat and dog are sleepy or sick or just laying around. It's been 80 or 90 here. But I swear it feels like you were just drained, and kicked in the mud. So tired, so slow. I hate it.
