oh my gosh, rain again! no fireworks for us! It has rained for 4 weeks straight!



So glad we didn't buy one of the houses we looked at a couple years ago, the roads to that house are completely gone!



On the flip side, looking at it from a good perspective, atleast its now snow everyday!!!

oh my gosh, just finished the newest in the series by connie suttle...god of wars...can not wait for the next in the series in August!



I really should learn not to start a series that hasn't been completed, its driving me crazy not knowing who Breanne ends up mating, and how hank is involved!!! argh!

OMG, my boss is retarded. Do less work? What kind of boss wants an employee to do less work? I outshine the other employees, so I need to do less?? As if that's possible! If I do less, nothing gets done. How about she tells the others to do more? But does she think of that? LMAO



I am so tired getting called into the managers office telling me that I need to share the spotlight...lmao...im not looking to be in the spotlight, I just like doing my job and have enough brains to come up with ideas.



She still wants me to share my ideas with the others so they can do them. Total bull crap! They can come up with their own ideas. LOL I would say I could stop coming up with mine and doing them, but Ive seen how that works. I come up with the ideas, that I don't think are "big deals" and then the others perceive them as such. How am I to know that getting an envelope designed would be a big deal? It was a freaking envelope! grrrrrrrrrrr im grumpy tonight over silly people and retarded managers

I have to agree, that does seem odd. I find working as a team is a wonderful thing. However, if no work gets done then I say; every man for himself. (Or woman of course)

It's become human nature anymore to slide by on the bare minimum. Why raise the bar to make yourself look good when you can knock down everyone else around you?

I use to get in trouble a lot at work but not by the managers. My managers actually liked my work and forced the others to do more just to keep up. At least you're not being cornered and beaten in a bathroom stall at work by a bunch of 30-40 year old men and women like they're back in high school.

Keep your chin up and I'd start looking for another job. Let the new boss know what's up when you find one and then put in your two weeks at the other place. If they get rid of you on the spot just make sure you have a written copy so they can't say that you were fired or quit on the spot. A two weeks notice is still a two weeks notice whether they make you work the two weeks or not.

I had a great vacation! It rained most every day, but there was enough at the campground to do for the kids, that it was amazing!



The girls enjoyed every minute of it, including attending their first dance. Let me say though, neither of my girls have an ounce of rythem, its quite funny to watch them, but then again all the kids were a bit wild.
