Slowly I creep
slowly I slink
slowly I sink my fangs into your veins.
I become shadow and light,
as your eye's see nothing but night.
Blinded by my might
you don't know
that I just took off in flight
only to land onto your neck.
All is revealed after you
become my tasty meal.
I lick at your wounds
as you sigh in your swoon.
With my vampire heart all is revealed.
Do you know what it feels like to die?
To feel your last breath slowly subside,
as death leans in for the kiss?
My soul knows deaths embrace very well.
Over and over again,
life begins only to be snuffed out once again.
My sun rises
and my moon is waiting over the horizon.
To be greeted by its beam of light,
my soul takes off in flight
only to land on my own two feet again.
My soul never changes,
unlike my body
or my hair and eyes .
I might come back as a cat
or a bat
or a nat.
I even once was a pilot I flew in a war,
but after a big Boom!
and the small of fire.
I was no longer that same pilot.
Reincarnation I know quite well.
We old soul's
know suffering,
and cause,
karma,
and dysfunction.
We experience it over and over again.
I'm only happy when it rains,
when sun shine dwindles its sheen
behind clouds of gray.
It melts my mood so easily,
the smell of the falling rain.
I'm at home on cloudy days,
when the mist rolls down the windows paine.
Dripping down the glassy frame
I'm only happy when it rains.
He who walks in shadow,
whom is made of fear and sorrow.
Walks upon this earth
with a soul of shadow and steam,
long forgotten over centuries passed.
An immortal a dark brood indeed,
drinks from your soul
leaving you for dead.
He was done in by the sun
and his need for blood.
