I know my sister was doing me a favor by trimming my hair at home. It's fine, helps her get practice and such. I went in thinking she was going to cut about 1 1/2 in off. I've grown out my hair for about 4 years now and it's long and now it's short... I know it's stupid and it's just hair but when you going in thinking one thing and something else happens you have the right to be startled and upset. I don't have much confidence in her when she tells me she doesn't really know what a real inch is. Honestly, it looks like she cut off about 3 inches. I'm pissed but if I tell her how I really feel, she'll get all upset and second guess herself and wah wah wah.

if she is in beauty School then its best you tell her gently now how you feel before she gets someone who will cuss her out and the teachers will not be nice either , she needs to learn what a inch is.

I need my mom to grow up. Seriously, this is getting too ridiculous. Let me start from the top. This past weekend, my sister and I visited my dad (left Saturday came back Monday). Other than car complications, we had a grand old time there. It was nice hanging out with my dad and his girlfriend. Monday, the plan was for me to get my military I.D. updated and then we'll head out around 3 the latest. Well we had some complications with the car and, skipping forward, the car broke down feet away from a busy intersection. It just plain stopped. So we had to wait for a tow truck and it was around rush hour time. We didn't get back to my dad's girlfriend's house until about 6. Then when we got there, we had to figure out what was wrong with my car and it turns out the battery is slowly dying. (Hooray!) We ate dinner around 7 and we stayed until around 9 (because we had to watch Gossip Girl). Meanwhile, my sister kept my mom in the loop about everything, down to the last detail.

So, when we finally come home, my sister begin eating our dinner of choice that night (Sonic) because we were hungry and we figured there was no food in the house to begin with. My mom then begins to tell us that we could have eaten something here instead of spending money on food and we told her our reasoning why we bought dinner instead. She then proceeds to try to start talking shit about my dad.

"So your father took his sweet as time today didn't he?"

"What are you talking about?"

"Well, I'm just saying, everything has to be done on his time."

"What are you talking about? You're not making any sense. We had car troubles it wasn't dad's fault."

"Whatever!.."

She then storms off and we are left bewildered and confused as to what just happened. She begins to ask very dub and obvious questions like what car were we in, where did the car break down and was my father with us. I shoot my sister and my mom a confused look since I know for a fact my sister kept my mom up to date on the car situation. She throws a little hissy fit and goes up stairs. That was Monday.

Today she started a mini fight over diet coke. Yes, that's correct diet coke. We ordered chinese food for lunch and there were no cokes in the fridge and she got mad at us because we didn't put more in last night ( though my sister did and she thought she emptied the box). Then tonight she throws a fit because my sister and I were talking about how we wish I could go to New York with her but I can't. My mom snaps back with "well, your father and I earn vacations." We were totally joking knowing full and well that I can't go to New York because I chose to go to Cali to see my cousins graduate from high school. Then maybe about 30 minutes later she starts a fight with my sister over something stupid (yet again) and it was completely unnecessary. I know for a fact my sister wasn't copping an attitude and my mom snapped at her. Then she wouldn't let go and began her passive aggressive ways of cleaning and complaining all at the same time. It's stupid shit and it all started when we spent the weekend with my dad. I honestly believe it bothers her that we actually like my dad's girlfriend this time unlike the last one. She needs friends...badly. She only has me and my sister and that can't possibly be healthy. It's blurring the line of parent and "friend" and I don't need my mom to be my friend I need her to be a parent who doesn't stoop down to a child's level when she's angry. She goes around acting like the entire world owes her something because my dad left her. New flash: get over and move. Stop complaining about not finding someone if you don't put in the effort to actually find someone. Stop pinning for my dad because he's happy and he's not coming back. Get some damn friends. It's just so aggravating and it makes me want to pull my hair out. when I left for college she treated me differently; she respected me but now that I come home so often she treats me like I'm in high school again and I do not miss those feelings at all.

Rant done.

Some people just can't handle stuff like that. My father started acting like a jerk when I found my birth mother. He told me all kinds of lies about her and, not knowing her, I believed him. She's got documented proof that she shows me when I ask about it to disprove him. My grandfather (Father's father) even said that he was lying. So now he's all pissed because me and my mother get along so well when my step mother "raised" me. Yea... okay. The bitch abused me all my life and let her buddies rape me for drugs. And he wonders why I don't like her. *rolls eyes*
