Things are going a little better now. I had a positive change in my medication about a week ago. I have much more energy and have been going for vigorous walks around the neighborhood on a daily basis.

I've been continuing to write and research for the "Robin Hood" story and discussed some of the historical context with my uncle and brother. They were interested and encouraging.

I'm also continuing to work on my WordPress website and have many more adjustments to make there, as well.

I visited my sister and her husband last week and was glad to see that they are doing well.

We had a nice lunch at a Mexican restaurant. They were on their way to a traditional Mexican debutante celebration. That is why they were here, in California.
