Things are going a little better now. I had a positive change in my medication about a week ago. I have much more energy and have been going for vigorous walks around the neighborhood on a daily basis.
It is refreshing and therapeutic to get out of the house and observe the dynamic activity of the people in this densely populated Los Angeles community.

I visited my sister and her husband last week and was glad to see that they are doing well.
We had a nice lunch at a Mexican restaurant. They were on their way to a traditional Mexican debutante celebration. That is why they were here, in California.
