This is an excellent series. Six books tell the tale of 6 brothers/warriors who's purpose is to protect the civilian vampires. Civilian vampires being any vampires not in the brotherhood.



They each have their own story with their own obstacles to overcome. Ward handles the writing with ease and makes you feel the emotions and strength in each of the brothers.



I received the last 5 books in the mail first and couldn't wait to get to them. So I didn't. I read the last five before the first book was mailed to me. When I received the first book in the series, I read it..and I instantly wanted to read the other 5 again. It's just that good.
