As i sit here at Mikes desk, i sip my moscato and enjoy the warmth. I read posts from my friends about the snow and cold they have, as I sit next to my open window in my t-shirt and shorts. It was record breakingly warm here this weekend..even today i was running the a/c in the car.

I find it hard to consider xmas is 13 days away... hoard to feel that in a heat wave... i remember the xmas i connecticut with snow and cold... how fun that was, yet it seems as if it was a lifetime ago.

At work, we talk so often of grief and loss..yet i have never really considered the loss of seasons of our lives as grief..but it is.. gone are the holidays of my young adut life. gone is my young adultlife..

I open my arms and warmly embrace my midlife.

Did you have it from the Asti grapes? I find it difficult to find a decent italian wine over here in Ireland..

Yes, Moscato goes down a little too easily -- which isn't always a good thing. ;)
