Did it not feel like you expected, little bird?
When you fell from the nest and found you flying.
Did you expect it, little bird?
To never miss that warm bed.
Such a sad tale, little little bird,
How forcefully you were thrust.
Not a pity to you little bird,
As you fly far away.
The nest does not miss you.
The brisk air is cold.
Face it here, little bird,
However you bring yourself around.
Everyone has been there, little bird,
And somehow they fly with the rest,
Such a silly silly little bird,
Terrified of the upcoming trails.
I love you little bird,
And I want to see you come through
Silly silly kitten,
In love with a little bird like you
I could never go into the sky,
Or feel such a terrifyingly brisk wind,
But I’d desperately love to, little bird,
And how jealous I am…
One day you’ll meet yourself another little bird,
With feathers that carry her far away,
I’ll watch from the windowsill in envy
As two little birds that fell from the nests fly together.
You may forget me little bird,
I hope that day comes soon,
But I’ll never forget you.
And instead I’ll defend you, little bird,
When someone steals your worms,
I’ll attack them for you.
And feathers will fly in my rage.
No one can hurt you little bird
Because you will always be my little little bird.
