Christmas Punsch

This is a Christmas punch recipe



Ingredients:

1 bottle of rum

Four or five apples(gala for sweetness or granny smith for sour)

Four or five oranges

Orange juice

Apple juice

Cinnamon sticks

Red wine

Mint leaves



Preparation:

1)Take a large pot and empty half of the rum and half of the wine

2)Put on medium heat and add the cinnamon and mint

3)Add half a bottle of Orange juice and half a bottle of apple juice

4)Mix continously and when it's warm add the mint leaves

5)Simmer on low heat and then add the sliced apples and oranges

6)Continue simmering until the fruit is spongey

7)When finished keep on low flame

8)Serve boiling with ginger cookies

Sweet pork with rasberry sauce

Ingredients:

Pork cutlets

1 kg of fresh rasberries

baking sugar

cooking fat(lard) 1/2 Cup

Salt

Pepper



Preparation:



1)Take the cutlets and lightly salt and pepper them

2)Take the rasberries and put them in a blender

3)Blend and add several teaspoons of baking sugar,until you get a Sauce

4)Put the lard onto a pan and heat it

5)Cook the pork in the lard until it is medium

6)Put the Sauce in a small pan and heat it until it`s lukewarm

7)Drizzle the Sauce onto the cutlets and serve with puree(puree is also called mashed potatoes)
