I started carving this one this morning and stuck it an a dark room to take the picture. It's 110° outside, so it will age fast. This was my first attempt at a free hand carving other than triangles. It took about four hours from start to finish. I was going to print out the design and trace it on, but I free handed it instead. I'm glad I did. I think I would have gone nuts trying to make it exactly like the VR logo.

My high tech tools included a charcoal pencil, a dart (minus the fins) to poke holes and a blade from a jigsaw.

One of my best friends convinced me to reprise my role as 'Silent Bob' to his 'Jay' for his 2008 Halloween party. This time we did it as their superhero selves: 'Bluntman' and 'Chronic'.
