It is raining.

I love the rain.

It's cool.

Especially in the summer, when it's warm.

But even in the winter, when the ice cold drops assault my face, I still like it.

To feel the ticklish run of the flow down my face and neck.

Tasting it with my tongue, so fresh, when in the clean country air.

It is a wonderful thing for me, is rain.

her:- "And he gave it for his opinion, that whoever could make two ears of corn, or two blades of grass, to grow upon a spot of ground where only one grew before, would deserve better of mankind, and do more essential service to his country, than the whole race of politicians put together."

me:- 'Every two years, the American politics industry fills the airwaves with virulent, scurrilous, wall to wall character assassination of nearly every political practitioner in the country - and then declares itself puzzled that America has lost trust in them (politicians).' - Charles Krauthammer

her:- "This country has come to feel the same when Congress is in session as when the baby gets hold of a hammer."

- Will Rogers

me:- 'Politics: A strife of interests masquerading as a contest of principles. The conduct of public affairs for private advantage.' - Ambrose Bierce
