Nothing specific. As long as you have a journal, you can have people"add" it to their fav. journal list and it helps you level up a bit. So I did.

i put stories , how my day went and things that seem not that important to most but its my journal so is all good . dont let anyone ever say to you that you cant do it . if its a rule thats one thing but as far as i know there are none on personal journals.
