I just realized I did no summary for last week.
There was hiking on last Sunday and on this very past Saturday. Four and a half hours total.
So far this week - nada, man.
Two and a half hours of hiking today.
That felt lovely.

This week has been the shitters for motivation.
I need ... something. Anyone care to ride a bicycle in front of me with a brownie tied to a stick? Or a tequila shot, for gods' sakes?
I do have hiking dates set for Saturday (brother Joe) and Sunday (brother Jamie).
I can't even lie and say I've been doing any core work this week in the evenings.

I have, however, been eating properly. So. There's that much, at least.
I have no idea how far I just walked, but it was three hours and change. I wasn't tracking miles, just ... thinking. I don't remember half of where I walked, but I remember going past and back from beyond the rail road tracks and bridge near FM 1978.

This week, except for Monday, I've done all core work and indoor dancing. I haven't logged any of it. Blargh. I was going to try and go hiking today with Joe, but he is now getting ready for an out of town business trip. I think I will just go walking by my own self.
I follow the tweets of a fellow who does runs to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project - very nice fellow, by the way. Click me to see his stiff.
However, after I read his daily tweets about his runs, I feel like a lumbering buffalo.
"Ran 15.5 miles in 2 hours and 7 minutes and felt great!"
