Self defense class this weekend taught by a former navy SEAL. Volunteering at the battered women/children's shelter has had some interesting side-bars, aside from the rewarding heartbreaking time given.

I have the flu. Know what really sucks, though, and will probably be funny tomorrow, once the laundry's all done? Sneezing tremendously, then realizing one ought to have really taken the extra minute to try and pee before bed time, no matter how tired and sick one feels.
