Today - Dude. It's fucking cold!



1/4 mile, 4 minutes ... You know what? I am not even going to count today. I'll go to the gym tomorrow and walk. I was shivering so badly I could not breathe easily. >.o It's cold! For those who wonder just how much of a puss I am ... 41 degrees Fahrenheit, or 6 degrees celsius.

lol You're going to figure out a way to be able to run while the snow is coming down. Walking home from work was bad enough, I'm not going for a run in this slushy weather! My shoes are soaked :(
