I am a user of magic, I am not going to say I am wiccan per-say. I understand and agree with many of the wiccan beliefs, I classify myself as such because I know of no other way to do so. I follow many wiccan tradition is my own use of magic. I have however learned to forgo others.



A brief description on Magic as I see and use it:



Magic and its use is simply the manipulation of the energy that exist with in all things. Harnessing that energy and bending to your will. By doing so the user can then create the desired effect. Some do this with ritual and with words.



How I use magic:



I am a conjurer and summoner. I can sense, spirits and other planiary beings. I then bring them to the this plane for their knowledge and wisdom. Some have what I seek other don't.



I use magic circle as well as rituals to perform this task, anyone want to know more on my methods you may ask, and I may tell you if you seem the trust worthy kind of person. My methods are dangerous and not without consequence, this is the only reason i must know the person has the strength of will and the knowledge of magic to perform them. I am not keeping some great secrete, I don't want what I tell other to get them hurt.

Weapon Description:

CosmicElemental-Family Heirloom past down from his Father to himself, although his Father was a Mage his family line was that of Fighters. Made of Adamantine and imbued with magical energies of Fire, Ice, Lightning, and Earth. The large sword is heavier then most other bastard swords, given its rather thick and oddly shaped blade. It has the ability the make one single powerful Magical attack, Oblivion-Strike. The attack sends out Fire, Ice, Lightning, and Earth energies in a vortex horizontally at the target with a diameter of 25ft, as well as casts Meteor which summons 25 2 1/2 feet diameter Molten rocks from the sky that impact the ground in a 50ft diameter circle with the target at the center. All strikes are at the same time. However this attack completely drains Vlad of all his strength and magical energy, leaving him helpless for at least 2 days. Take note, this weapon only functions in Vlad or his Bloodlines hands, as such the weapon itself is stored inside Vlad as energy. He can summon the weapon and use it at will, but once it's magical attack is used it is absorbed back into his body. If the weapon is not in his hands it nothing more then a standard Bastard sword, with a faint magical aura.



Shurikens/sheath: Specially made for Vlad by a Good friend of his. The sheath has the ability to summon a shuriken that is pulled from it and used back. It creates new ones it any are destroyed or lost. It does how ever have to be filled before it can be used. After the first time is it loaded it never needs to be refilled. It can also unsheath each shuriken when they are needed sliding them into the wears hands. It does this through a telepathic link with the wearer, all that is needed it the desire for a shuriken or its return. Note that the shurikens themselves are not magical.



ArmBlades: Has the ability to form or rather grow steel blades from his forearms which arch out and forward 3 feet from his arms. The are formed through magical means, but are not in themselves magical. Recently he lost the blade on his right arm.



Armor

Light leather with steel half chest plate, shoulder pads (the steel portion cover his upper chest, and back as well as his shoulders)

steel gauntlet (without glove portion, Gauntlets are designed for Vlad to use his Armblades.)

Light Leather greaves with steel overlay (only half of the thigh is covered with the steel overlay, the inside portion is not covered.)

Armor can be summoned on command through telepathy, Appearance with out armor in pic.



Abilities

teleportation, levitation, telepathy, polymorph into animal forms. Can regenerate minor to moderate physical injury in only a few minutes, heavy to serious injurys takes hours or days.

Background

Born to Rythuer and Valysha Dracule, In the first half of the last century of the Great Tremtrus Wars. Raised in his Families great Mannor, he was taught the art of magic from the time he could read. For years he and his family lived in relative safety from the war, being that their lands were far from the front lines and of no great strategic value. After years of safety the war was finally in his families land, He himself was now ready for combat, but unfortunely for him and his family the armies of human, undead and Lycan were to great, and his family was killed. He was left for dead, his body torn and battered, his only salvation was the casting of an extra-planery teleportation spell. Awakening in a new Land far from his own home, he finds shelter in a Tavern called 'The Dark Tavern'. There he gains the skills and ability to use swords and blades with deadly effectiveness. As his skills and powers grow he is enlisted as an assassin, for years he uses his abilities to kill the enemies of his clan and family. After many more years of mindlessly killing and destorying the lives of others he is pulled into another war, but this time he finds something he was not expecting. Amongst the fighting and death around him finds himself in combat with a woman named Crimson. They fight for hours, until finally the battle ends, both he and Crimson were at their limits as the war ends as the enemy leader is slain. He and Crimson find themselvies falling love with each other, and a few months they are married. A year they have childern Rosalin and Levitus, the new family lived for many years in peace and tranquility. Unnfortunely Crimson's brother Draven lost his mind and began a great campaign againest Vlad's former Clan 'ESS'. Though he had left the Clan he was still bound by honer to its leaders, so Vlad approachs Draven asking him to stop the war before it got out of hand. Although he tries his efforts are fruitless Draven attacks 'The Dark Tavern' and Vlad comes to his Clan call to arms. In Dravens insanity he attack Vlads home as well, slaying his own sister and both of Vlad's childern. In raged by this act of treachory Vlad attacks Draven his anger and haterd for his brother-in causes him to lose any sense of right and wrong as he launchs an all out attack on draven and his army killing everyone, and as he confronts Draven his body and soul are enveloped in a dark energy that currupts his being to the core, and in a last and final attack he destories Draven and his former home and is casted into the darkness that is the void. After many years, he awoke from a state of Torpor, releasing himself from the viod he found himself in a new land. He now spends his time at the Silver Raven Inn, where he found his son Levitus alive and well.
