Now where to begin on this little rant, although a rant I don't think I want to call this more of a repulsive and compulsive feeling from my throat.

For the perhaps last week a individual had made an appearance on this website



Due to this fact so many of us who either in some way or form practically kept quiet about ratings and let them slide.This individual who I will not be naming as per its not my place to point fingers or name names.Has either awakened a beast with-in ourselves to do what we know is honest and start using the rating system what it was meant for.



SELF OPINION



Now this should be a good thing however as above mentioned there is something thats happened from this that is causing me want to gag and possibly worse expel any and all food particles digested and or awaiting digestion.



There are Sires and those near Sires on this website and those who are probably influenced by these said hierarchy. Which has caused something which I feel should be illegal.



a new form of bombing which I see it has no name but Id call it delayed bombing.



my definition of this is as followed



Delayed Bombing: awaiting to rate someone until you see what they have rated you and if it is anything less then what the member feels they deserve they automatically throw a 1 to you or something much lower.



Now obviously this isnt a true term here but its something I have seen more common now.



A certain individual for instance feels he deserves a 10 and i gave him a 9 simply because he had very little information on his page and also I myself wont rate more then a 9 with out being able to talk and get to know someone.



The individual who has caused this uproar, in my expressions of this new term I wouldnt mind being created here, has been following every rule in the VR manual and for this he has been subjected to sire's who are oh so high and mighty on their thrones throwing him a 1 and insulting him using profanity showing how none adult they are but how childish they are.



Its that in which causes me to want to repress and vomit all over those profiles in which show bad form in not being adults and take a persons self opinion to heart



so I rate you a 5 because I dont see where you deserve a 10 thats no reason not to rate me honestly and bomb me with something lower because I didnt go through and just go oh hey this is a 10 when it isnt.



I wish something could eventually be done about this however I doubt it will.

I think stabbs honestly said it best in a thread a few days ago about how people make a mockery about the rating system here.

"I give what I get". Oh so many proclaim, that isnt what this rating system is for

I think its kinda stupid that people go about this way. If your going to rate someone rate them based on how good a profile looks and the time spent in



if it takes forever to load too many quizes not enough information about yourself or just some crap which really has no significance



then I feel it should be left out of a profile



it was mentioned that rating what someone gives you or rating them lower because they deserve a 10 in their eyes is kinda of a major mockery to a rating system



I really wish people would take the full time to read a profile and rate it accordingly even if they feel I deserve a 1 as long as they can explain why

besides oh if you stamp my page ill rate you a 1



thats childish and babyish. anyways enough about my rant

late last night me and a few members found some issues with a contest which will remain nameless.It was found that certain rules had been found unused upon set contest,

was told any entries not abiding by these rules would get thrown out . And yet they were not along with the fact instead of being brought up by one of the judges in a carefree manner this judge instead decided to bring forth an attitude which in my opinion is unprofessional.



So instead of doing what should have been said(oh wow we didn't catch that but its unfortunately too late prizes were awarded)

it got met with if you don't like how we judge then don't enter our contest, Which to me when you set rules you should stick with them it also repulse me

that in mid contest these rules were decided upon to be change without an official rules change freezing said contest until those who entered it could abide by the new rules change.



Unfortunately, all of these concerns which were brought up instead of being taken care of and explained was met with hostility.

now I hate calling people a cheater or calling something a farce.

However it was stated no copy written images which a winner who didn't edit their work enough was found to have a plug in showing it was a copy written image again this was met with hostility.



I think if someone is going to run a contest they should weed all the nit picks out before starting it that way that wouldn't happen.



Unfortunately this judge who practically harassed me in my feelings also entered something which over all if your going to judge something don't enter something into that contest I mean how rude, and repulsive is that to the other entries seeing a judge who will be practically saying if you win or not to see them enter in on this? How would that make you feel?



Having a size limitation into the rules is cool it gives you limited amount of space to work with making it more challenging

A member I really dont usually get along with due to personal reasons

discovered or at least layed claims that 4 of the winners didnt stay with in size that was set.



Now thats an easy fix after all so not to bad plus 2 were very minorly over the size limit an honest mistake 2 were alot over,

so yeah they could be editted to fit size requirements



but it shows how poorly these rules were used in a contest that was set with these rules kinda crappy in my opinion

anyways enough ranting I hate being a rules junky

well no more aol crap no more exceptional customer experience scripts



people on the dell side of the force started eyeing us and was going to turn us in if we got louder



It got so bad with chaos though some agents were transferring people to double tree hotels,Macdonald's,restaurants, and other obscure locations.



so much chaos, in the closing hour's I felt a few lucky members would get one last great experience with me.



the last call of the night turned from someone who couldnt auto install aol.So I would help him manually install it through the back door program on the cd,



Then as the last minutes reached he decided to completely change his problem.



I asked my supe if I was being monitored I was cleared so I talked and in mid sentence talking released the call.





On top my night went from really good to bad

when my after work party idea got flushed due to the slowness of a security guard giving out receipts to simply make sure we didnt get any fee's owed to the place.



friends car needed to be jumped with cables.



then stuck by a train on the way home which basically ruined the after work party



despite all those problems at the end. It feels good to have a portion of my soul back I missed that warm fuzzy tingling sensation which almost gives me a conscience back haha



busch gardens still has my other half on loan till the end of howl o scream season.It will be weird not having to wake up dreading the beep of some call where the person on the other end will literally be 9 times out of 10 a asshole

and maybe 1 person and I use the term maybe very loosely would be genuine about needing our help.



Hope none of you are aol members who read this cause you will learn that now the people teching your calls are fakes who are told you have to use a name not yours simply so the member thinks you arent foriegn(even though accents are impossible to hide)

so yeah was watching part of the new halloween movie,



and then we decided on more calls

so yeah



got people acting like the joker, some gay guy a red neck a pained ridden supervisor hahaa



tonight is interesting to say the least.



oh and mister movie phone



I swear this will be to say the least some really awesome night



So. apparently those on the dell side of the call center one of the supe is getting irritated at the loud noise coming from the soon to be fired aol techs,



so we need to quiet down so we dont get fired before the end lol

so yeah my supervisor told me to transfer a call to them and tell them he was dell



when he answered he answered as some oriental fast food place LOL



boy this is going to be one hell of an easy day

so yeah I didnt think he could get any crazier now he is answering it as mister movie phone lol



if you know the name of the movie you want to hear the times of press 1

so now he is wearing a jack sparrow wig



and basically doing a grade A jack sparrow voice helping someone with an issue while the entire time talking as jack sparrow



even declaring his name jack



now what I would have loved to have heard was him mention did anyone tell you that you sound like that guy from



that pirates movie

so far today has been amusing a friend of mine is pranking aol calling in and also





he has been practically pranking members who have called in using random voices and accents, This is definitely going to be a fun last night,



although I do feel bad that some of the members who might not be dicks to us are the result of this.However I doubt that there will be no bad call tonight simply because its the last night and this crap hole of a company would rather see us quit then give us any form of unemployment haha

So yeah about 6 or 7 months ago I started a job at a place which would be a cake job.Needless to say that about 5 or so months into it they started showing how crappy of employers they truly was.



They would either cheat you out of your money thru the typical rouse of benefits which honestly 100 dollars taken out each check is kinda rough.



Then me and my girlfriend moved into our own place and they dropped a bomb basically stating that."Oh yeah thanks for all the hard work we will be firing you soon so keep positive in the work and whoo ha.



*insert explicit language*

what ever, keep positive morale HA



Started randomly firing people for no reason people who had worked every day did as they were told.blah blah blah



Luckily I am one who is still employed and after 3 months of being told hey this is the last day.



Now granted I should have been fired 3 times over now due to attendance lol



but with as slow as these people are Im hoping to drain them of every last dime that they have stolen from us all.



GOD I am so glad to be rid of this place. My supervisor himself called me up yesterday



basically saying, yeah If i wanted to cuss a aol member out be my guess if they asked for a supe he would gladly take it and do the same to them LOL. So I really cant wait to see what actually happens today.

well been working alot, and also dealing with living away from parents and friends in a new apartment, which is rather fun not having people walking in and not be able to talk freely, or having random people in my home when im just waking up.or being in my boxers and the front door being wide open lol.



Found an online game which actually is rather amusing and it has some really cute creatures in it but anyways, there is my dork moment lol.
