I like living in the real world. Fantasies can be nice for a temporary escape and can be beneficial for mental health - as we all need a release from time to time.
The real world is not perfect. There are problems and issues that arise. It is how we handle it and learn from the real world that makes all the difference.
We all have moments of weakness and irrational thoughts or reactions but the majority of the people in the real world come back to their senses.
But I must admit that some do not know the difference between reality and fantasy. There are even some who actually start to believe that the fantasy is real - thus living a delusion with illusions of grandiose and superiority.
The threats you make - and you wonder why people think you are delusional.

Sweet little naive child - or should I call you by what you truly are - manipulative, deceitful, snake in the bush.
Years of friendship thrown away and burned by your words, ultimatums, and manipulations. And to top it off, when I help you and become your peace keeper - you turn around and threaten me....*tisk tisk and shakes head* I am not the weak fragile child you think me to be. Threaten me and mine and awaken my dark side is not wise on your end - no threat it is a promise.
I am not sure what world you live in but it is not the real world. I have been loyal to you and helped you (when you would allow). But in your twisted mind I am the cause of your pain. I have endured your stubbornness, selfishness, jealousies,and abandonment...all out of my love for you. Yet you call me out my name - call me weak minded and a sheep - at least I have the strength to go after my dreams. And for the record - I would never leave and give up my kids or my husband and move across country for any man.
You are being simple minded - yet you have the potential to be so much more. Using a medical condition as an excuse not to work...SMH I know people with the same condition and they can work - and they make more than min wage. Hell some have gone on as a life coach and public speakers!

Whether we are blinded by love or we just can't help seeing the good in everyone, we can be wrong about them. Sometimes we don't notice until it is too late and they have left or died. But there is really nothing we can do about it - no could of, should of - its done.
