Queen Alexandria ruled over a peaceful realm which lies between heaven and hell. She protected her people well with Sir Jon always by her side. She ruled fairly and with love. She was never harsh with her people. She never treated her people as if they were below her, but as her equal. Her few enemies, on the other hand, she was brutal and unforgiving. No one threatened or hurt her people without harsh consequence.
The weather was never too hot or too cold. The rolling hills were always green with wild flowers grew all year long. Hunger didn't existed because crops grew plentiful. The rivers were always clear, like a cloudless sky, and filled with enough to feed her people. No one within her realm went without. Her people were always happy and free.
One fateful night a troll wandered into her realm. The moon was full in star filled sky. Queen Alexandria was out on one of her night time walks, when she noticed a shadow pass between the trees. With fangs bared, and a low growl emananting from deep within her throat, she ran like lightening. She quickly caught up with the troll. She stood in front of him with her sword drawn.
"Bow before me and leave in peace, or I will slay you where you stand." she commanded.
"You will kill me then. I bow before no one." the troll said unwavering.
She raised her sword killing the troll with one swing. She stood over his body for a few moments before cutting his heart out. She took only his heart, leaving his body to rot in the forest, and made her way victoriously back to village. She felt pride in her heart that she was once again able to protect her people from harm.
When her people awoke the next morning, they peered toward the village center. There they saw their queen. The villagers moved closer. Once all gathered in the center she displayed the troll's heart upon a pike. Everyone knew she had proctected them, and went about their day knowing that their queen would always love and protect them and the realm.
