I took a journey with my spirit guide, he led me to my usual spot, that giant oak. It's leaves a sweet emerald green, giving the light a strange glow. Yet at the same time, crisp autumn leaves crunch underfoot, filling me with peace. I could smell fresh-cut grass, and dew-damp earth. Rain trickled through braches, droplets breaking against stone. And yet none ouched us.
I spent ashort time there, found my centre, relaxed my body and soul and searched for leylines. Once topped up, it was time to go. I walked back, smelling damp tree-bark and fresh wildflower. Then slowly made my way back to the mundane world.
I wish I could stay in that place, within myself, forever. To escape those screaming demons of reality.
