Raine was waiting leaned on her truck. All her friends will be there... she had something important to tell them...

They must know that all the books were wrong... Vampires existed and not only that, with all the power we know they have...

When she saw them coming to her, she smiled and greeted them...

"Hi, Guys, nice to see you!" Raine said...

"Hi, Raine" they said... "Why you wanted us to come?"

"There´s something I want you to see" Raine said. "You must go with me. People will finally understand the truth" She said.

"The truth about what?" they wanted to know. "The truth about vampires. Now, get into my truck guys".

The mountains opened the road to a valley and what they saw in front of them, was the most amazing view... It seemd a circle in purple, with something like vapor or gas moving inside...

"This is the portal" Raine told them.

"The portal?" they asked. "to where?".

"Dracula's Castle, of course" she answered them.

And getting off the truck, she walked to the circle... "Come on, guys, we have to enter". Her friends looked at each other with reluctancy, but they got off the truck as well, and walked towards her.

She looked for something underneath her t-shirt and all of them looked at the pendant. It was a pentacle, but not only that, it was also a key...

"What is this, Raine?" asked one of her friends... a tall guy with clear lycan traces...

"This is the key to open the Book of Vampires" she said naturally.

“And what’s in that book” Nitewolf asked.

“The entire story, the proof that the vampires and lycans truly exist and the proof that what we are is real” Raine said.

Saying that, Raine entered the portal. Her friends looked at her while disappearing inside the circle. With no more words, they followed. The first was Werewolf… next Nitewolf, her best friends… and then, the rest.

When they crossed, Raine was stood right in front of them. And the landscape was frightening… it was dark, the moon and stars were the only light. They were in front of a mountain, and carved in the stone, they could see the castle… just like it was described in the books.

“Raine, look at yourself!” screamed Dark, one of the girls, “your clothes, your hair”. Raine looked at herself and realized that she was now dressed in a very strange outfit, with metallic pieces. Her black hair was very long, her eyes sky blue and she also had pointed canines. She was dressed in black leather and metallic protective parts. All of her friends looked different too, Nitewolf was dressed also as a warrior, and his hair was dusty blond. Werewolf, was dressed as a warrior also, his long black hair looked even brighter under the moonlight. He was dressed in black with metallic pieces covering parts of his body.

All of them had swords and guns. “Are we supposed to use this stuff?” asked other girl. “I think so, if not what’s the purpose?” answered Raine looking at the castle in front of them.

“Wicked” said Werewolf, smiling at her. He was always ready to fight.

“This is the first time that I got dressed this way, though” Raine said.

“First time? It means you’ve been here before?” asked Nitewolf.

“Yeah, many times” she answered. “Ok, let’s go. Be careful”.

They got at the door. Big wooden gates visibly locked. “What are we gonna do now?” asked Dark. “The only thing we can do: fly” Raine answered, and saying that, she flew upwards to one of the roof pillars. Her friends couldn’t believe it. “Come on” she said, but her friends seemed not to dare to fly. Werewolf was the first and started climbing the castle walls with no problem. Nitewolf followed him, and then all the rest. When all of them were up close to the roof, Raine opened one of the windows and slowly got in.

Inside the castle, they could barely see, it was dark and the only light came from some torches hanging on the walls. Strangely their eyes soon got accustomed to the darkness and their hearing had also improved remarkably. All of them crawled down the walls and walked through a long corridor. There was a long wooden door at the end of the corridor.

“There” Raine pointed out. “The book is inside that room”.
