Take a picture of the person that you wish to bind and a piece of string or ribbon long enough to completely wrap around the picture. Fold the picture in half lengthways and slowly start wrapping the string or ribbon around the picture starting at the top. As you wrap your string or ribbon around the picture repeat the following spell.



I bind you (person's name) from doing harm to others.

I bind you (person's name) from doing harm to yourself.
