LETS BE AT OUT FORE FRONT ALWAYS TO BE ALERT TO THE SLIGHTEST SCREAM OR THE ODD BEHAVIORS .

If this bill passes, anyone could be charged with one of the most heinous crimes in the world, and threatened with life in prison, 30 years or more after it allegedly happened.I very strongly with capital punishment. Yes it may be costly and innocent people may be killed but for every REAL criminal we put to death its less children killed or raped, less murders commited and even animal abusers. Every criminal should pay. If you take a life, your own life should be taken !!!

ONE :People who literally tear open a child to commit a sexual crime are not human, therefore, not befitting HUMANE treatment. They serve NO VALUE to society at all and must be taken out of the gene pool. Two: The cost of maintaining these individuals is around 30,000 each year in LEGAL CITIZEN TAX. They are literally not worth the added burden to society. Three: 83% of all sexual crimes go unreported (all ages/all crimes). That means for every two sexual predators caught... 8 got away with it. OR every ONE person a sexual predator violates... he did the same thing to FOUR others before he got caught (on average). Four: Recidivism (repeat offense) is 78% for a sexual predator. Again, that is for those caught. Realize, while in prison they are free to discuss their acts with other child-ripper-openers and improve their methodologies reducing their chances of getting caught when they get out in a . It has also been shown, these deviants are MORE likely to simply KILL the child next time eliminating the evidence. These crimes are then labeled as MURDERS... thereby DILUTING the ACTUAL % of sexual crimes. Five: The average pedophile commits molestation 260 times during their lifetime. Over 90% of convicted pedophiles are arrested again for the same crime after release from prison. (Sex-offenders.us) More than ½ of all convicted sex offenders are sent back to prison within a year. Within two years, 78% are back. Final Decision: These "things" must be put to death.



WE MUST NOW TAKE AN IMMEDIATE ACTIONS TO MAKE A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES TO MAKE SURE TO NOT TO LET SUCH CRIMES GO UN HEARD OR UN PUNISHED ANYWHERE OR ANY PART OF THE CITY OR VILLAGE !!!!!!!

I heard what happened on the radio. It is sad to know what happened to the young female.
