You are my sunshine,
My light at the beginning of everyday.
You are my longing breath,
The exhale I so deeply crave.
You are the moon in my sky,
The shining in my vacant darkness.
You are the softness in a whisper,
That keeps harshness at a distance.
You are my compass at sea,
Whenever I am lost, you are my North.
My body reaches for your touch,
You are my feeling and emotion.
If a flower was to be,
You would be the fragrance.
If a clown was to laugh,
You would be the smile.
If a bird was to sing,
You would be that song.
And if a sunset could blossom,
You would be the vibrant color.
You are my longing day,
That keeps me from persisting night.
You are my sweet in chocolate,
That melts in my mouth and not in my hands.
And my trust in you is strong,
Like the ancient mountains that still stand.
The stars in the sky belong to you,
In the mere blackness you are radiant light.
You are the joy at tear fall,
Where every moment counts.
You are my lake of calmness,
I can rest in your wind.
If a child was to dance,
You would be the steps.
If a hand was to care,
You would be the comfort.
If a tide was to sweep ashore,
You would be the current.
And if a woman was to fall in love,
You would be the man.

Being open
Just being MYSELF...
What's the purpose
If it doesn't go through...
Putting an effort
Being kind and all...
But not being treasured
And being accused
Of being at fault...
What is the reason
Why should I care?
I'm just that kind of person
Not being fully aware
That... Sometimes, life
Isn't fair and all...
People just don't really care
And keep putting a wall...
They don't believe
That you can be like that
It's hard to perceive
That you are sincere...
And it is just sad.
Sometimes I wonder
Does it really worth it
Feeling a rupture
If there's no need...
A rhetorical question, indeed...
Because I will always be me.
Yes...
Sometimes, you heart will bleed...
But.... No matter what
I will try to be happy
And, eventually, I Will be.
What comes around -
Goes around -
That's what I'll believe.
Pick yourself up,
Dust yourself off:
Keep moving forward
And it Will pay off.
I. Will. Be. Happy.
I. Am. Happy.

Please put your attention on the breath for a few moments. Find patience and acceptance in your heart for your own difficulties,
your own mistakes, for all the things that you think about yourself which you might not like.
Find the acceptance and the patience to endure that in your heart.
Let the patience and acceptance grow so that they fill you from head to toe, a feeling of ease.
And with that love arises and you can surround yourself and embrace yourself with love.
Pick out one person and accept that person fully.
And with the acceptance have patience for that person.
No demand.
No pressure. No wanting. Just acceptance.
Fill that person with that acceptance, with that non demanding patience , and then surround him or her with love.
Now think of your parents. Fill them with your acceptance. Non demanding patience.
Surround them with your love.
Now think of those people who are closest to you.
Those you might live with. Patience and acceptance, Lovingly. Embrace them with those.
Fill them with those. Nothing else works. Now think of your good friends.
them exactly the way they are. Do not wish them to become other.
Let patience with them arise, which is non demanding, and non judgmental.
Fill them with that and then embrace them with your love. Now think of neighbors, acquaintances, relatives, people at work.
Accept them exactly as you know them.
Fill them with that acceptance, with that non demanding patience and non judgmental attitude, and then embrace them with your love .
Now think of anyone whom you find difficult.
Accept that person exactly the way he or she is.
With non demanding patience.
Fill him or her with that acceptance and patience.
Then embrace him or her with love.
Now have a look inside to see if there is anyone or anything that you dislike, whatever it maybe, whoever is may be, small or large, and then accept that the way it just is, or accept the person or the ideas or the situation.
Just accept it and have patience with whatever it is.
Reach out with that acceptance and patience to the person or situation involved.
And now imagine that your acceptance and your patience is like a rose colored cloud coming from your heart and going far and wide, giving people joy and peace by seeing this lovely patience and acceptance that comes to them on this rose colored cloud which can reach very far.
First to people around here and then further and further afield.
Bringing patience and acceptance and love onto this planet, into this universe.
Now put your attention back on yourself and feel yourself filled with patience, acceptance, and love.
Let that be your inner being. The warmth of the love.
The peacefulness of the patience and acceptance with yourself.
May all beings have patience and love with each other.

Go outside. Now.
Touch the Earth.
Feel the grass alive under your bare feet,
the rough bark and smooth leaves of your favorite tree.
Dig your fingers into the soil and smell the flesh of the Mother; splash in living waters.
Smash your earphones and listen to the original music of life –
wind and water,
insect and bird.
Watch the play of sunlight and shadow in the forest;
taste the wild sweetness of blackberry,
apple and pear.
Cleanse the portals of your soul; open all your senses to the world and know –
beyond doubt,
beyond theology,
beyond thought –
that it is real,
and holy,
and here.
I am again with my revered family,
the family who welcomes each person with love.
just like the Mother earth embraces all of us.
with open arms and sweet love and smile :)
