You know that song "cat's in the cradle"? Well you have to be old if you know all the words.... seriously (laughs) my brother taught to me when I was very small. It's one of my few good memories that he didn't ruin....



It was playing on the radio tonight and you just never know what kind of a memory a melody will trigger.



Miss him. :( Too bad he's pure devil spawn. You know my freinds (Gina and Cori, girls) saw a picture of my brother once. Now my brother, Lord knows he is handsome (but DEVIL SPAWN) was in town to see me. He stopped over at Gina and Cori's house to pick me up and they asked if he could give them a ride up the hill to their mom's house. That's maybe a 10 minute drive, my gorgeous black haired, green eyed monster brother managed to convince both of those girls in under 10 minutes that he really really truly was devil spawn. Amazing true story, he absolutely oozes evilness.

I am using crestwhite strips. Those things hurt! My teeth were very yellow and I am getting ready to go in and have some dental work done soon so I didn't want my teeth a foul color before they put patches and filling in. I somehow chip my front teeth quite a bit, not sure how I do that with all the milk I drink I should be damn near unchippable and close to unbreakable.



I stopped in Burger King today. Err, not to eat, just to use the restroom. In the door came three tiny old ladies, one dark haired and leaning on a cane, one with red hair and too much makeup, the scary old lady kind of make up, and the last one with fluffy over processed blonde hair and soft blue grey eyes.



The tears welled up in my eyes. I looked at the blonde hair and thought of my mother. I remember how when she went gray I bullied her into going blonde and I went and colored it every chance I got to keep her cute. I stepped outside and the cold bitter Seattle winter wind whipped around me freezing my salty stinging tears to my face.



I miss her so so very much. My heart aches everyday without her laughter.

Hmmmm ok very busy today. I have completed my black dress collection.

Thus far, I have located the crystal purple hair comb and earings, but I am still gathering. Votes of confidence are higher in the eggplant dress... drat.



Where do you find strappy eggplant heels? With seed pearls?



The snow is gone. I am very happy it's gone The little dogs are happier now and the baby girl's ears are up finally. She is stunning although somewhat derranged.

It's raining now, I can see the streets. Life may return to it's grind after all.



The one thing that I liked about the snow, was something from my childhood that I'd forgotten. When it snows so hard, and everything is white, and the night comes but the sky stays white. And then snow glows with a life all it's own. The snow sparkles like crystals everywhere. The air is so cold that it hurts to breathe but you smell that and wood smoke too. Walking through the snow drifts feels like kicking through heavy cold feathers.



Anyway it's just memory.



I dreamed last night, but damned if I can remember about what. I've been ill for a month and 1/2 and I dream at night but rarely remember anything. I wonder what it would feel like to have my nasal passages clear?



I plucked my eyebrows last night and I got to many hairs in one spot. Uhhhh, now my perfect arches look stooopid. Thank God for eyebrow pencil!



My sister in law is in her mid fifties. She kept trying to have me get my eyebrows tatooed on, I mean I can see doing eyeliner. Which I did and now need touched up. Painful and scary thing by the way but work it. Should I do my eyebrows? If I go silver later wouldn't chocolate eyebrows make me look weird? Like I have wild caterpillers about to have an orgy above my eyes? I think I will just stick with the eyeliner and lip color. It's much less dangerous.



The snow wrecked my night out, I was suppposed to go to a lovely party on the lake and I couldn't get out that night because of the storm. Apparently no one could because they rescheduled the party.

It's melting, Thank goodness. Off to eat more pie....

The snow just keeps coming. In Western Washington I've never seen anything like it. The forecasters keep saying it's gonna stop and on it rages. Somebody seriously torked Mother Nature off. The dogs refuse to go out in it.

We are having an actual blizzard in Western Washington. I can't believe it. But It's true. I wouldn't know the difference but Ilived in the Mid West when I was a kid and I've seen this! Wow oh wow!

Well they claim we are going to have a storm here, All I wanna know is where the heck is that snow???? I like snow besides we already have some and Shami and Shassi have made a foul mess of our yard so I wish it would either rain so I could go clean it up or snow so I can't see it anymore. lol Why does that little male dog insist on eating his cookies on my bed? I should find something to do.....

Never wrote a journal. Not sure what to put in it. I spent three hours trapped in the car in the snow in the dark in fog today. I don't think that's the way to die....
