The rush of the ocean,
Brings tides to the banks,
Jagged rocks are what decorations it chose,
And I'm staring down at them.
I guess I have nothing left for which to live,
Now, I have only one option left,
I hear they are getting closer,
You see, they want to kill me,
For they think I am a monster,
But the joke is on them,
For they will not take me alive,
Soon, I'm sure they will find my dead and broken body,
But by then, it will be to late.
With one final glance back,
I can see there torches glowing in the distance,
I can hear their cries for what they believe is justice,
But on this day,
An innocent man shall die,
I look down at the water,
I inhale and hold the oxygen for one more precious moment,
Then I leap from the edge of the cliff,
Down into the water.
