But seriously though, you've basically just summed up how I feel on that subject. There are a few covens on here that are snatching up every available member simply because they're...available.
I think that it's more important to take into consideration whether or not the member is active, and whether he or she fits what your specific coven is looking for...but then again fi your coven is just out scouting for low leveled inactive people...then I guess they've found exactly what they're looking for.
At least they won't have to put up with the hassle of you know, "governeing" over people.
