Last week a work collegue asked me to help him programe his cnc lathe machine because he cant do it himself. So i spended my shift and created the program and setup the machine for him so he just had to start next day. When i got at job next day the boss was asked me why my machine dident runned whole shift. He told me the collegue that asked me for help had complained that i dident had runned my machine whole my shift. I told the boss why then i went to the collegaue and deleted every program in his machine. Thing is i had created every program for him. Then he went in to the boss and told what i just did. The boss come out to me yelling on me for delete the programs and that it was the company program etc etc. I let him yell to he was finished then i told him the programs was my programs because the company dident gived me money for the programs. The boss left furious and i contiuned to work for around 2 hours. Then i went in to the boss and took out a usb stick. I had saved all programs on the stick before i deleted them. I then explained why i did it and he then told me he did understand my reasons. From now on i get extra money for every program i create. :) The collegaue that did this i never gonna help again.
