So I'm back from Thanksgiving vacation to Pinjas family and friends. I am exhausted both mentally and physically, we crammed a shitload of people into just a couple of days. I met his entire family and all of his friends, we spent our time hopping from one persons house to another, dinner with one set of friends lunch with another etc. etc. It was nerve wracking knowing the entire time you are being scrutinized and sized up. Getting to hear family squabbles from each faction heh and wonderful stories about Pinja, those were the best. Oh and the pictures ;)

All in all they were a diverse bunch of individuals and I'll leave it at that :D

Glad to be home.

Looks like we are headed to Tacoma this week to spend Thanksgiving with Pinjas family, I've never met them before so I am hoping things go smoothly. And then I'm a bit nervous about the weather and how much snow will be on the pass. I hope we get there in one piece.

Some of you may know that I rent from my ex-husbands wife and the folly of that decision is brought home to me today once again. Last night I discovered a leak from one of the pipes to my washer, spilling water everywhere when it drains before the spin cycle. It's the piping in the house not the washer so I called Katy to let her know. She says she thinks this is not the first time she has had to have it repaired but then she gives ME the phone number of the guy that does her repairs, mind you she has to give me two as she isn't sure which one is the right one. WTF?? Since when is it my job to contact the repairman? I bite my tongue and get on the phone, I try calling both numbers countless times, no answer just a voicemail on both. So I drop Katy a line on email, it texts to her telling her I tried with no response and that I am leaving it in her hands. Heh. She texts back "did you leave a message?". Well hell no I didn't leave a damned message as I have no idea which number was the right one now do I?! GAH! Just do your fucking job woman.

Days before the shower head cracked and we went and got a new one and used our own money for it, I didn't bother her with it. So yeah, I'm a little miffed over the washer. She always does this. GRRRR.
