This entry will sort of be a rant about my new found love and appreciation for the band Type O Negative. I was watching my fathers Nosferatu film a few months and noticed this gothic forbidden music playing in the background. I found that the music sounded very modern and couldn't be the original instrumentals. I found out at the end that the music playing throughout the whole movie was Type O Negative. A couple songs caught my attention so I looked this band up and started to listen to some of their songs. The first was Christian Woman. The video itself was lovely and Peter Steele's voice literally was giving me goosebumps. Now I am a huge Marilyn Manson fan and up until that day Manson's voice had been my favourite voice to hear. Not anymore. Peter Steele had such a deep, seductive voice. I looked up more about this band and was saddened to find out Peter had passed away over 2 years ago. Now me being a very big fan of tall men with long hair, I was even more saddened. Back in the early 90's, Peter was my ideal type of man, he had the looks, hair and height. But yes, my ideal man would be around 6'5, long dark hair and pale skin. I have listened to Type O Negative everyday since I discovered them. I would say they're definitely in my top 3 favourites. I couldn't name a favourite song though, I love so many.

I am still surprised how much I love his voice. The way he says Corpus Christi gets me everytime.
