In celebration of the winter solstice, I'm learning more on how Yule shaped Christmas and how we celebrate today(from the tree to father Christmas, many of the things we celebrate can be traced back to the Scandinavians and Yule)..and I think I'm going to go back to some of the older traditions. I often wonder how things would be if Christianity didn't spread and convert people and places the way it had..
