Asume a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Relax your body slightly. Inhale through your nose to a slow count 3, 4, 5 - whatever is best for you. Retain the air, then to the same slow count. hold slowing your breath rate. Never hold your breath past the level of comfort. The inhaation, retaining & exhalation should be controlled, calm, free of tension.
Concentrate on your breathig process while doing this. As you inhale - breath in love, tranquillity, pehaps visuallizing these positive energies as golden-flecked air. In exhaling, breeth out hate, disease, anger, Visul.izing black smoke exiting your lungs.
Practice deep breally increaathing excercises daily & gradually increase your capability to retain air.
In the dark I can feel your heart beating.
There was a meeting of two hearts.
They sang and danced and talked the night away.
When will I feel his heart beating in the dark.
So we may have a meeting of the hearts.
