One of my dearest friends chose to end his life sometime between last night and this morning.
He was one of the best people. If someone got their iphone grabbed, Chris would run the thieves down and return with the stolen property.

Lost the love of his life to an overdose and fought addictions for most of his adult life. Chris appeared in 1 movie (as an extra driving a horse carriage in NYC). He was also in a punk, industrial noise band in the late 80’s. He was a good friend (one of the few that’d stop by my firehouse just to hang out).

I’ll miss you, my brother. Your pain must’ve been too much to bear.
