So tonight I started training again (martial arts) ........besides sucking some serious wind and having to take like 20 breaks it sure felt good to hit something.

Of course I probably will not be able to walk tomorrow ........

I wish I could have nothing but rain over here in Arizona. I mean seriously yesterday I went to my doctors appointment in my sisters car that barely had AC working, and then the fucking car decided to shut down, and the check engine light came on. So in 110 degree weather feeling a snot, and really in tons of pain we had to miss my appointment, and then drive home slowly, and make sure to get it into the shop!

I can totally relate to your situation. I hope that you can someday regain some comfort, and peace with this in your heart. This is definitely a major sign of unresolved feelings.

So I am sitting here in my office totally procrastinating (because I do not want to go to this stupid dinner) and what do I hear......tons of sirens.

Now I do hope that no one is hurt and that nothing is burning down.......but it would be SO NICE to try and drive to the restaurant and find that all the roads are closed due to the stupid rain........

However with my luck not only would this happen but the bridge would be closed too and then I would be stuck here.........sigh

So my wonderful friend LifesHermit asked me what I did for my birthday. My answer was simple - went shopping! I do the same thing every year (as it always seems to rain on my birthday)

In trying to explain what a joy this is to me I also told him how I tell all the sales folks that it is my birthday...........this usually results in some free stuff. This yaer I got..........
