Ok - I know that a 23 inch monitor is really nothing to complain about but seriously did I really need a monitor this big??

Oh and if this monitor is SOOOO cool why the hell is everything on the screen so freaking tiny?????

It is a plot I tell you - make me blind so I have to buy an even BIGGER monitor..

Someome please tell me how to adjust the settings so that the Rave looks good again.....

Computer Update

Ok took the computer to Geek Sqad............the hard drive is FRIED.

So I had to get a new computer. However - I asked the Geeks to try and get all my files off the old computer. So far they have been unable to so I will not have the new computer until tomorrow.

I hooked up the new monitor (23") to another old computer of mine.........

Hopefully I can be fully on tomorrow

augh!

that's terrible!

My desktop computer got fried last summer by lightning. Luckily, I had all my important files backed up.

And I was able to get everything off one of the old hard-drives (but not the other). So I still managed to lose a lot of software; like PSP & PhotoShop.

So now I have a shiny new laptop! But that was the worst; having to wait a few days until the new laptop came in while the internet went right on without me.

23" monitor? That sounds so awesome.

Oh, I'm jealous too!! Happy for you though. Hope you can get your files. I'd be screwed if this computer died on me. It wouldn't be the first time I lost precious stuff though. I never seem to learn to back stuff up. Ugh!

Glad to see that computer problems didn't slow you down too much. The Coven would be lost without you. :)

I bloody hate...yes hate computers!

I lost everything on my comp a couple of years ago because I didn't back up. Now I do.

I love the comp I have now and I hope it loves me...I would hate for this to be a one sided relationship!

The next time the sledge will have words.

My hard drive got fried not too long ago.. had a warrranty or whatever and they gave me a new one yayness:D

My computer has died.....(I am writing this on my work computer smart ass)

However the security and fire walls make doing this tedious.....not to mention probably getting me on some secret IT black list

So hopefully it will be fixed this week or I will have to go out and get a new one.....bear with me as it may take time for me to respond to anything -

This week I have been surrounded by so much death. (Both physical and metaphorical) Usually I am not bothered by such things but I am at a loss at how to help those around me.

I have been pouring over my old written journals for some guidance or a memory of a similar situation but I find myself at a loss. All I find are words on pages upon pages

I wish there was a way to magically make the pain go away, I wish I could bring them back, I wish I could have stopped him, I wish I could end all the fighting, I wish I stopped her before she tried it, I wish I could be there more often, I wish she had a better life I wish I was what they wanted..........I wish.......I wish..........

If there is something to make the pain go away magically please call me and tell me how. I have been searching forever to let go of things, and of people who have passed. It is the most hardest thing to do. Especially when these people/things are in your everyday part of life. It's just life's circle handing you a big one to make yours a rollercoaster:P I blame anything for that one. I am in DENILE!

Idiosyncrasy - please do not feel this way. My friendships here are one of the highlights.....this journal entry is more about my inabilities.

There are no words that can make the pain of loss better, but sometimes knowing that there are those you can share your pain with can make it easier... You have people who care - don't be afraid to talk to them...

My ancestors use to laugh about the departed ones and remember all the funny things about them because the ones who we love escaped the pain you are feeling now and many other pains we all feel during lifetime.

It's one of the few reasons on why I don't believe in this so called God. The Almighty Savior is no Savior at all. he let's good people die and get hurt while the wicked live and reap all the rewards. I don't believe in this so called God. You can't prove that he exists. Nor can I prove that he doesn't exist.

Ok these pictures were not the best - but DAM these guys were fast and LOUD....... AND since my portion of the building is on the second floor they did this from the ground up. I swear it sounded like a shotgun when the brushes hit the windows......
