I do not have the freedom to do whatever I want. But I do have the freedom to do some things I haven't been doing. I have not had the time or energy, but I'm feeling that might be changing a little. Maybe, if I do a little at a time, I will end up going further than I expected. And maybe what I have the freedom to do will change, if I can slowly change my current circumstances. I tend to get stuck in a rut. And then anxiety comes, and anger, and depression. They will probably always be with me, but maybe I can make things better.
I have to do something.
Just one small thing.
