When I was younger, loneliness didn't hit so deep. Perhaps it's because being youthful seems to take the edge off. Getting older though, knowing the stamina and looks of youth has faded away, sucks. It's harder to find someone that won't hurt you. Sadly, many in my generation are woefully lacking in self-awareness and open-mindedness. Life changes so quickly, especially now, and too many in my generation and older are so against it.
