The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Has anyone on here had someone rate you, and you go to return the rate and they have blocked you? Its kinda weird. This just happened and I was wondering if it happened to anyone else?

Ok, first off yes I am new here. Greetings! my name is Velvet and I am glad to be a part of the site. Second give me a break and do not ask me to "come ask for a re rate"

more than likely I will just blow you off. I am not in a popularity contest and I do not wish to be.
