New rating policy going in effect as of right now.



I get that some of us find that our name on here just doesn't suit us anymore so as premium members we decide on using the name change option.



But, some of us are over-using that. Seriously.



If you change your name more than once a month now of course I'll rate you....but it won't be a 10. Why? I know it's being butt-hurt over a number that made you do it. Not re-adding your journal if you do either.

Have I said lately how much I detest rating anymore?



I have? Oh okay...well, I'm saying it again.



My reasoning is simple: the newer the member of the site the less effort the newbies seem to show. I mean come on. It doesn't take much to create a basic description? You don't have produce a fucking Picasso of a profile but some more...ANY effort might get you a rating higher than a 1!



To those who just put "ask" on their profiles and nothing else...I'm not interested in asking you a damn thing. Add more.



Spam? I could care less who referred you or if you're a PM doing it. 1's are applied EVERY DAMN TIME.



And please...please....PLEASE stop with the roleplay shit! I get that some live the vampire life but you're human. Not a lycan, not a demon, not a shape-shifting immortal! HUMAN! Geesh.



And honestly, I don't give a shit who you're friends with, who they know or what they can do to me for rating you low. Content is what I rate by. If your content is crap, you don't get a 10 and I don't care what you rate me if you even do. It's a number, no sense in getting all butt-hurt over it.

I had a nice little chuckle as i read this. I too do not show favoritism. People get what they earn, and that is the way it should be. Do they not understand that they are fully and without exception accountable? You reap what you sow. I hate drama and role playing as well. I despise liars and cheaters. If you are anything less than authentic, then you should cease to be. Just my personal outlook.
